Million dollar view and location
Positive: The location is outstanding. The view is a million dollar view. The beach and restaurant on the beach are just outside. Much of Tel Aviv is in walking distance.
Negative: This building is scheduled to be demolished to be replaced with a modern skyscraper. Thus maintenance is minimal. Sea Breeze is harsh on metal. Know what to expect.
