Recommend Guela 1 for the reasons stated.
Positive: Location is exceptional. Parking is easy in a city where parking is tough. Host was exceptional and responsive. Nearby amenities made living easy.
Negative: Furniture could be more upscale. TV did not have cable for local or global news, other than Netflix, Prime and similar streaming.
